You can quickly find the emails that you have in your inbox and then choose to respond or discard them. There is a simple and easy way to check out your most recent emails and all emails in the inbox. You can get your work done in a very timely manner. 

With Countdown to Inbox Zero, you can easily reply on time to avoid an overwhelming inbox. No need to set the subject line or the content of the email to complete the task. You can simply click the email and it will complete it for you.

You can also take control of your inbox and choose the amount of time you want to keep each email in your inbox. You can set this so you only see emails that have more than a given amount of days in your inbox. Also, you can set the number of days you want to keep the email. 

If you are looking to get back to inbox zero quickly, the "Reply" and "Mark as Read" buttons can help you get there in a short period of time. You will also be able to delete emails or mark them as read with one button. 

There is also a section on the left side of the screen where you can go to create a custom category. You can add an email that you want to track or delete.
